both caravan parks are part of blue anchor leisure and you can used both park facilities with welcome pack of whats around and a cleaning service provided! .. martin johnson 07504277244

when you book with us you get 2 emails first a confirmation booking email and the second is a key collection email with site map attached,updates: texts and tags of whats on in the area.

x2 caravans on The grange ingoldmells and x2 caravan on Golden palms chapel. both sites are 5mins drive away from each other if your booking both sites,

Renting out week hols Friday/Friday Monday/Monday £250 - £700 or short breaks friday/monday OR monday/friday £175 - £325 check in from 4pm and check out no later than 10.00am caravan key email will be sent out with site map attached confirmation info will be sent once booked by email all you need to do is print off! all i need from you would be your lead booking person, email address, mobile number, and how many people in your party.

all dates are correct to bedfordshire and nottingham term dates but please check your area for your term dates as areas differ!

option extras

if quilts and pillows are required they can be hired £30. that gets you 6 pillows 4 single duvet and 1 double. all you need to take is your linen covers and sheets with you

payments £50 non-refundable deposit to secure your week in skegness this can be paid either through internet banking bank transfer or either a cheque. you can now use (ping it) which is barclays ping it over by mobile number 07504277244. or you can pay our caravan park direct into my rent account. ask for details.

We do have a cleaner! and a welcome folder will be arrange for you a of whats on or recommended places to visit and with new sink sponge, a loo roll i will leave some cleaning products under the sink.

£50 non-refundable deposit to secure your week in Skegness and we also ask for a £50 damages bond which you get back once keys are back and providing there's no damage. this can take upto 7 days to return! And the balance is to be paid up 6 weeks before your holiday. if your child is prone to bed wetting please go to the shops on sealane and buy a £4 waterproof mattress protector.

Set in a unique location The chase & Grange is the only static caravan holiday park with direct access to Ingoldmells village. Within close walking distance of the site entrance you will find all the attractions and entertainments of the Lincolnshire coast, a bustling shopping area providing all the provisions you will require plus the village market and various Public Houses, Amusements, fast food outlets, restaurants and showbars and the beach With both the Anchor Lane and Sea Lane areas of Ingoldmells a mere 10 minute walk in opposite directions from the site you will find easy access to all the major attractions of this area. its in the heart of everything but far away enough to enjoy the peace a quiet. whats on site is a spar shop 7mins walk from our van onto the chase or tesco metro - poundland - heron food 3 mins, spar with post office is on sealane near fantays island. and everything else is in walking distance just take your pick of sealane left out of the site or anchor lane right of the site.

if you do find walking an issue there is a mobility scooter shop on sealane that you can hire from approx £45 a week. but there is nowhere to store it at the caravan so it would have to go into your car at night.

ABOUT  GOLDEN PALM COMPLEX on Golden palms OUR Self Catering Holiday Caravan you can enjoy all the features of the Golden Palm Resort Holiday Park. THE park is easy to get around as there are no hills or steep gradients, and all roadways are either solid concrete or tarmac.

Chapel St. Leonards Village YOU WANT Sherwood Park side, it has the Club Tropicana, Reception, Caravan Sales show ground.

Enjoy fabulous family entertainment in The Club Tropicana club Tropicana There is always something special going on at the spectacular Club Tropicana, You'll love it! Dancing to live bands, listening to great singers and laughing with very funny comedians. With our high tech lighting and superb sound system which is the envy of the East Coast, our entertainment is presented in a manner only equalled by stage shows in the West End. Our seating is tiered to give a great view of the stage wherever you sit in our 2,000 seater venue. So you will never miss any of the amazing entertainment on offer.

In main season we also have our fabulous resident cast including Vocalists and Dancers performing spectacular shows all backed LIVE! by our superb resident house band as well as visiting cabaret stars nightly.

What you have to bring All you will need to take with you is your bedding, duvets sheets, pillows and towels and a tea towel

everything else is provided

please leave the van in the same conditions you arrived in! all cleaning products are under the sink and hoover is in the boiler if needed.

for hire

bedding can be provided for a cost of £30 hire. that includes 6 pillows 4 singles and 1 double quilt. you supply your own covers and sheets.

Terms and conditions

To book we ask for a booking deposit of £50 (non refundable).

The balance to be paid 6 weeks before the start date of your holiday.

You must not arrive before your check in time 4pm. Please allow the cleaner her proper time to check and clean your caravan before you arrival. And also check out on time, no later then 10am. Charges may apply.

We also ask for a £50 refundable breakage bond for family or £100 for 4 adult booking. which will be refunded after the caravan has been checked proving the caravan has been left clean and tidy and everything including dishes put back away, rubbish has to be put in the bin , All breakages / damage to be replaced and paid for by you lead booking person. If the caravan is left untidy and the cleaner has to tidy up before she can clean then your bond maybe used to compensate the cleaner and next renter.

We do NOT move dates ONCE DEPOSITS BEEN TAKEN. Your booked in for those dates only

Please treat this caravan like your own! And Be respectful to neighbouring caravans and staff

Cancellations - If you cancel your holiday dates your deposit is non refunded. (notified over 4 weeks holiday start date)
If you cancel the booking under the 4 week period prior to your holiday arrival date. we can only refund/part refund if we manage to re-book the caravan back out so depending on how many day's of the week you've booked gets rented is what you will receive back.. minus your deposit Your booking is not transferable and you cannot resell your booking onto another. If any terms are breached we We reserve the right to terminate your booking and retain any money paid to us for such booking.

if you over occupy our caravan you will be asked to leave and cut your holiday short with no refund!

if you have guest visit please notify us just incase site think you've over occupied which voids our warranty. you still canot have over 6 people even if visiting.

NO SMOKING - vaping in the caravan at anytime there is a veranda you can smoke on but you have to close the door or the smoke alarm will go of! And put your butts in a sand bin outside.

NO charging electric vehicles at the caravan.

NO large groups, message me if its going to be an all adults holiday b4 booking! as its a max of 4 adults and breakage bond doubles to £100

Children under 16 years must not be left unattended in the caravan

to rent you have to be over 20 years and on excepting and replying to email you are in a legally binding contract.

We hold no responsibility for any such things like virus illness sickness or pandemic that may cause the site or caravan to close. We advise personal travel insurance if you have to cancel your holiday due to illness/sickness or other.

Owners disclaimer The caravan owner will not be liable for any injuries caused by improper use of any equipment used all safety tests have been done as required by law. The caravan owner is not responsible for any services or facilities provided by the caravan site. Your only booking my caravan. This included loss of power on site closure to entertainment areas ect. The hirer, lead booking takes on legal responsibility for all guests

Covid 19 gov rules 2021 updated t&c(due to covid we had to remove all none essential items. like dvds only and games and wii games. but feel free to take your own)

1. Your going on holiday with people you live with. Or are in your bubble.

2. If we have to cancel your holiday due to site being closed we will contact you to amend your booking. we will move your dates for you or credit your booking till your happy to get rebooked in. This may incur additional charges depending on dates you choose and availability.

3. If you or anybody feels unwell while on holiday inform us, get a test at the closest location to you or make your way home. the next familys holiday will need to be cancelled.
