Q-how do I book?

Q-What time can we check in?

A-4PM- please don’t park at the holiday home before this time due in high season the cleaner will be busy and it can take upto 4pm. I will text you if it's ready earlier.

 

Q-what time is check out?

A-10am Monday or Friday

 

Q-is gas and electricity included?

A- yes

 

Q-is there decking and gate on caravan?

A-yes all caravans.

 

Q- is there a clubhouse on site?

A- yes

Q-how do we get passes?

A-you purchases passes on site or the day of arrival. Golden palm resort only.

 

Q- do I have to buy passes?

A- no you don't its only if you want use of the clubhouse kids club and pool.

-All these facilities don't need a pass

Q-how much are passes?

A- short breaks from £12 a family of 4

A- week breaks from £19 a family of 4

 

Q- is there a pool?

A- yes on golden palms £4pp

 

Q- if I'm staying on the chase and grange can I use golden palms pool

A- yes.

Booking details are on your caravan. give your caravan number they are sister sites so you can use both parks.

 

Q-how far away is fantasy island-theme park

A- The chase and grange 13 mins walk.

A- golden palm resort 5 mins drive.

 

Q-is there bingo?

A-yes lunch and evening at golden palm

 

Q-who do I contact if there is an issue during my stay?

A-if there is an issue with the holiday home you will need to contact the owner on the number provided in check in details.

Any issues with passes or facilities will need to be taken up with away resorts

 

Q-when will I get my breakage bond back?

A-upto 7 days after your departure please send me your bank details. Or ypu can rebook your 2024 stay using your £50 bond.

 

Q-is there a park?

A-yes both sites have parks

 

Q-is there tennis court?

A-yes golden palms

 

Q-is there a basketball/football court

A-yes golden palms

 

Q-is there kids club?

A-yes on golden palm only super stars.

 

Q-how do I book kids activities?

A-activities for facilities can be booked through super stars on golden palms

Q- how many people per caravan?

A- a family upto 6

 

Q- how many adults per van?

A-4 adults.

 

Q-how many bedrooms per caravan?

A 2 and 3

Q-is there private parking?

A- yes ask for meadowview 89 or meadowlake 84

 

Q-is there a fish lake?

A- yes on golden palm resort 3 small lakes.

 

Q-will I get a reminder when my balance is due

A-yes, on your confirmation email it states balance is due 6 weeks before your break, you are responsible to make a note of when your balance is due.

 

Q- is bedding provided?

A- no

But you can added on quilts and pillow hire for your while stay - (£30 extra Can be added on anytime)

 

Q- Is linen provided?

A- no

 

Q- do buses stop at our holiday resorts?

A- yes right outside both sites.

Bus number 1 for the chase and golden palms.

Bus 7 and 59 for the grange side.

 

Q- can I get a train to skegness

A- yes.

Bus stations in the same area. Open top buses too

Yes you can get week riders and family riders.

Q-if I cancel my holiday do I lose my deposit?

A- yes your £50 deposit is non refundable.

 

Q- can I move my dates once booked in?

A- no. you will still lose your depoist paid.

A- But if you've paid over your deposit the rest yes can be moved if over 6 weeks before your holiday is due.

 

Q-if I cancel with-in the 6 week time frame will i lose all my money?

A- no we have a 2 week window where you can cancel and all will be refunded except deposit.

 

 

Q-if I cancel with 4 weeks do I lose money paid?

A- yes.

If I manage to resell your booking then I do refund what it sells for minus deposit.
